On March 4, 2025, Rep. Burlison expressed criticism towards Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy by stating that “The Ukrainian people deserve better than this vain puppet, Zelenskyy.” He further emphasized support for former President Trump by mentioning that he offers peace.

Later the same day, Burlison highlighted Mexico’s border security measures under Sheinbaum’s leadership by noting that “In total, Sheinbaum is deploying 10,000 troops across Mexico’s border with the U.S.” He attributed this action to Trump’s influence and stated that it left cartels in disarray.

Additionally, Burlison tweeted about American public opinion regarding Trump’s approach to Ukraine. On March 4, 2025, he remarked that “The majority of Americans approve of President Trump’s approach to Ukraine.” He credited Trump with addressing issues left by previous administrations and achieving peace through strength.
