Eric Burlison, a U.S. Congressman representing Missouri’s 7th district since 2023, expressed his views on a variety of topics through his social media posts on April 4, 2025. Each post addresses different concerns and policy discussions that he is involved in or supports. Below are the specifics of his tweets.

The first tweet recognizes David Grusch as an esteemed Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) expert. On April 4, 2025, Burlison stated, “David Grusch is a highly respected UAP expert with unparalleled knowledge and expertise. His proven track record will drive us to the truth behind these unknowns.”

In another statement on the same day, Burlison commented on employment figures, noting, “Private employment grew by +209,000 all while federal employment continued to decline. For too long taxpayers have subsidized a problem-solving class in Washington that not only fails to solve problems, but makes them exponentially worse. HUGE win for limited government.”

Lastly, Burlison highlighted his efforts to abolish the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF). On April 4, 2025, he shared, “My bill, H.R. 221, to abolish the ATF, is shifting the Overton window in the right direction. We no longer need a rogue agency that tramples on your constitutional rights.”
