Rep. Eric Burlison, a U.S. Congressman representing Missouri’s 7th district, has recently shared his views on various issues through a series of tweets. Burlison, who succeeded Billy Long in 2023, has been active in Congress and previously served in the Missouri House of Representatives and the Missouri Senate.

On January 26, 2025, Rep. Eric Burlison tweeted about the @freedomcaucus’s ‘218 for DOGE’ plan: “The @freedomcaucus ‘218 for DOGE’ plan secures the border, slashes $500B in wasteful spending, stabilizes markets, and restores fiscal sanity—delivering bold WINS for the American people.”

On January 27, 2025, he posted a succinct tweet stating simply: “DYNASTY.”

Later that day, Rep. Burlison commented on former President Trump’s actions regarding document declassification with another tweet: “President Trump took steps to declassify important documents because the American people deserve the truth. The government shouldn’t be in the business of hiding information from its citizens. It’s time for FULL transparency across the board.”
