Of the 269 people living in Fidelity in 2019, 53.9 percent (145) were women and 46.1 percent (124) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SW Missouri News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 90-to-74. In the 65 and over age range, there were 27 females and 22 males.
