McDonald County Sheriff's Office - Public Service Announcement

Public service announcement:

The McDonald County Sheriff's Office wants you to know that the following medical conditions can be put as an alert on your driver's license through the Missouri Department of Revenue - tag office.

This will alert law enforcement if they come into contact with you and something is happening so that law enforcement can call for EMS or act accordingly.

The alerts that are currently available are:

- Post traumatic stress disorder

- Diabetes

- Autism

- Drug Allergy

- Epilepsy

- Alzheimers

- Dementia

- Schizophrenia 

- High blood pressure 

- Cardiovascular disease

These alerts are voluntary and can be put on your license information by contacting the Missouri Department of Revenue.  Their local office number is 417-223-4029 and located at 605 Main Street in Pineville, Missouri.
