Monett High School standout Marcus Young’s college team lost in NCAA Division II baseball game on Friday, Feb. 28

On Friday, Feb. 28, former Monett High School standout Marcus Young’s current college team, the Missouri State Lions, lost 14-6 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Washburn Ichabods.

The game took place at Falley Field. This was their first matchup against the Ichabods this season.

The Lions’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 1 p.m. at Falley Field against Washburn Ichabods.
