Saturday, Feb. 1: Carl Junction High School standout Lucas Vanlanduit’s college team wins to East Central Tigers

On Saturday, Feb. 1, former Carl Junction High School standout Lucas Vanlanduit’s current college team, the Pittsburg State Gorillas, won 8-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the East Central Tigers.

The game took place at Wendell Simmons Field. This was their first matchup against the Tigers this season.

The Gorillas’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 2 at 9:30 a.m. at Wendell Simmons Field against Metro State Roadrunners.
