McDonald County High School standout Alexa Hopkins’ college team won in NCAA Division I softball game on Sunday, March 23

On Sunday, March 23, former McDonald County High School standout Alexa Hopkins’ current college team, the Tulsa Golden Hurricane, won 4-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the UAB Blazers.

The game took place at Mary Bowers Field. This was their third matchup against the Blazers this season.

The Golden Hurricane’s next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 26 at 5 p.m. at Collins Family Softball Complex against Central Arkansas Bears.
