In the week ending Apr. 4, one gas station in Dade County sold premium gas at the lowest reported price of $4.09 per gallon, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.

Countywide, premium gas averaged $4.17 per gallon.

Of the nine reported gas stations in cities within Dade County, two offered premium gas.

For comparison, the average price of premium gas in Missouri was $4.05 per gallon for the week ending Apr. 4, down from the previous week.

U.S. gas prices continue to decline after reaching their lowest level since 2021, according to GasBuddy. The group projects the national average could dip below $2.80 per gallon during the holiday period, driven by increased oil production and lower seasonal demand.
