Of the 45 people living in Ritchey in 2019, 51.1 percent (23) were women and 48.9 percent (22) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SW Missouri News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 13-to-10. In the 65 and over age range, there were 11 females and seven males.
