Eric Burlison, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Missouri's 7th district since 2023, shared his views on various political issues through a series of tweets. His commentary included criticisms of current political figures and decisions, reflecting his perspectives on ongoing national debates.

On December 5, 2024, Burlison expressed strong opinions regarding a presidential pardon. He stated that "The Big Guy's pardon for his son serves two purposes." He argued that the pardon aimed to protect Hunter Biden from accountability while also shielding President Joe Biden himself. Burlison asserted that this action would contribute to Joe Biden's historical reputation as "one of the most corrupt presidents in American history."

In another tweet on the same day, Burlison criticized GOP Senators for their support of certain political appointees. He remarked, "I have no patience for the GOP Senators who voted to confirm Garland and Mayorkas but have issues with President Trump's nominees." Burlison urged alignment with former President Trump's America First agenda, stating that dissenters should "get in line or get out of the way."

Additionally, Burlison announced a new episode of his podcast titled Fresh Freedom. On December 5, 2024, he tweeted about the release of Episode 32 where he discusses topics such as Trump’s cabinet nominations and Biden's pardoning decision with fellow representatives. The tweet read: "Episode 32 of Fresh Freedom is now live! I talk with @RepBrecheen and @RepBobGood about Trump’s cabinet nominations..."
