Rep. Eric Burlison, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Missouri's 7th district, has shared a series of tweets addressing various political issues and initiatives. These posts reflect his stance on dismantling diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) policies, advocating for gun rights legislation, and expressing intentions regarding the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).

On January 31, 2025, Rep. Burlison commented on former President Trump's efforts to address DEI policies within federal agencies. He stated that "President Trump inherited a DEI swamp across agencies like FEMA, the Secret Service, and the FAA." Burlison expressed support for Trump's actions to remove these policies in favor of merit-based systems.

Later that day, Burlison highlighted his legislative achievements in Missouri related to gun rights. He tweeted about his role in passing laws such as Stand Your Ground and Constitutional Carry while also discussing his ambition to eliminate the ATF: "I've championed the passage of state laws like Stand Your Ground, Constitutional Carry..."

In another tweet posted shortly after discussing gun rights legislation, Rep. Burlison simply wrote "Good/Bye", without further context or explanation.
