He stated, "We have an opportunity to balance the budget under President Trump. Congress must not let it go to waste."
In another post on the same day, Rep. Burlison questioned MLB's decision-making concerning player Trevor Bauer, suggesting that non-sporting factors might be influencing his exclusion from play. He queried, "Is the MLB keeping @BauerOutage off the mound for his political beliefs? Fans deserve transparency."
Later that day, he criticized MLB's adherence to what he termed a "dying woke agenda," arguing that it is detrimental to both the sport and its fans. Rep.
