Rep. Eric Burlison, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Missouri's 7th district, has been vocal on social media about his legislative priorities and initiatives. Having succeeded Billy Long in 2023, Burlison continues to advocate for policies that align with his political views.

On March 20, 2025, Rep. Burlison tweeted his stance on constitutional rights and taxation: "Constitutional rights shouldn't be taxed. Pass H.R. 335 and repeal the National Firearms Act."

The following day, March 21, he addressed education policy via Twitter, criticizing federal involvement: "Washington's unelected bureaucrats have no business dictating how our kids are educated." He announced his support for the Achieving Choice in Education Act and mentioned co-sponsoring a bill with Rep. Thomas Massie to abolish the Department of Education.

Later on March 21, Burlison invited constituents to participate in an upcoming virtual town hall meeting scheduled for March 26: "Join me for a Virtual Town Hall Wednesday, March 26th, at 5:30PM CT!" He encouraged participation by subscribing to his newsletter for event updates.
