Eric Burlison, the U.S. Congress representative for Missouri’s 7th district, has shared a series of tweets addressing various issues. His comments touch on political affiliations, taxpayer funding, and recent acts of protest.

On March 28, 2025, Burlison addressed a situation involving online harassment. Highlighting a specific individual, Burlison said, "The 'tolerant' left strikes again. Todd from (417)-***-**24 seems like a super nice guy. Another happy customer has been referred to the Sergeant at Arms and local police."

Later that day, Burlison tweeted about the political leanings of members on NPR's editorial board. He expressed concern over the use of taxpayer money, writing, "87 of the 87 members on NPR’s editorial board are registered Democrats. Should taxpayers really be funding this?"

The following day, on March 29, 2025, Burlison commented on the nature of protests. His tweet noted, "Americans have every right to protest—it’s a fundamental freedom. Burning Teslas and breaking laws isn’t protest; it’s crime. Leftist radicals behind these acts are reckless vandals with no regard for order."
