Cole Gayman, alongside five other former Webb City High School standouts, played on Friday, Feb. 14 in NCAA Division II baseball game for Missouri State Lions

On Friday, Feb. 14, six former Webb City High School standouts, including Cole Gayman, Cy Darnell, Drew Vonder Haar, Kaylor Darnell, Treghan Parker and Walker Sweet’s current college team, the Missouri State Lions, lost 9-3 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Drury Panthers.

The game took place at Mark Worley Field at Meador Park. This was their second matchup against the Panthers this season.

The Lions’ next game is scheduled for Monday, Feb. 17 at 2 p.m. at Warren Turner Field against Missouri S&T Miners.
