On Tuesday, Feb. 25, former McDonald County High School standout Alexa Hopkins’ current college team, the Tulsa Golden Hurricane, won 9-3 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the South Dakota State Jackrabbits.

The game took place at Collins Family Softball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Jackrabbits this season.

The Golden Hurricane’s next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 2:30 p.m. at Collins Family Softball Complex against Kansas City Roos.
