On Wednesday, March 19, former McDonald County High School standout Alexa Hopkins’ current college team, the Tulsa Golden Hurricane, won 9-7 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Western Carolina Catamounts.

The game took place at Catamount Softball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Catamounts this season.

The Golden Hurricane’s next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 19 at 2 p.m. at Catamount Softball Complex against Western Carolina Catamounts.
