Webb City High School was well-represented by Cole Gayman and five former teammates now on Missouri State Lions during the NCAA Division II baseball game on Wednesday, April 9

On Wednesday, April 9, six former Webb City High School standouts, including Cole Gayman, Cy Darnell, Drew Vonder Haar, Kaylor Darnell, Treghan Parker and Walker Sweet’s current college team, the Missouri State Lions, lost 8-5 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Pittsburg State Gorillas.

The game took place at Al Ortolani Field. This was their second matchup against the Gorillas this season.

The Lions’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 11 at 1 p.m. at UIS Baseball Field against UIS Prairie Stars.
