On Thursday, April 17, former Carl Junction High School standout Lucas Vanlanduit’s current college team, the Pittsburg State Gorillas, won 13-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Washburn Ichabods.

The game took place at Al Ortolani Field. This was their first matchup against the Ichabods this season.

The Gorillas’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 18 at 1 p.m. at Al Ortolani Field against Washburn Ichabods.
