Friday, April 18: McDonald County High School standout Alexa Hopkins’ college team wins to Wichita State Shockers

On Friday, April 18, former McDonald County High School standout Alexa Hopkins’ current college team, the Tulsa Golden Hurricane, won 5-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Wichita State Shockers.

The game took place at Collins Family Softball Complex. This was their third matchup against the Shockers this season.

The Golden Hurricane’s next game is scheduled for Friday, May 2 at 5 p.m. at Collins Family Softball Complex against Florida Atlantic Owls.
