Carthage High School standout Jensyn Elder’s college team won in NCAA Division II softball game on Thursday, May 8

On Thursday, May 8, former Carthage High School standout Jensyn Elder’s current college team, the Rogers State Hillcats, won 2-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Pittsburg State Gorillas.

The game took place at Gerry Pinkston Stadium. This was their fourth matchup against the Gorillas this season.

The Hillcats’ next game is scheduled for Friday, May 9 at 1 p.m. at Gerry Pinkston Stadium against Central Oklahoma Bronchos.
