Webb City High School was well-represented by Cole Gayman and five former teammates now on Missouri State Lions during the NCAA Division II baseball game on Tuesday, March 18

On Tuesday, March 18, six former Webb City High School standouts, including Cole Gayman, Cy Darnell, Drew Vonder Haar, Kaylor Darnell, Treghan Parker and Walker Sweet’s current college team, the Missouri State Lions, won 25-24 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Newman Jets.

The game took place at McCarthy Field. This was their second matchup against the Jets this season.

The Lions’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 21 at 5 p.m. at Wendell Simmons Field against Central Oklahoma Bronchos.
